Bamako is slightly confusing for me, in that I can’t get a grip on its purpose.

Bamako was very informative for me, as I know very little about the World Bank. And, because I don’t know too much about the World Bank, I really liked the inter-cutting with the witnesses. As kaytee12 says in her post, they helped me consider things I wouldn’t have otherwise.
